Dear Bulk, My name is Rick (Cathy is my wife)...Thank you so much for replacing my terribly greasy, foul tasting, one pound bag of bbq brisket, and thank you for replacing it with 2 bags... that was very nice of you...heres the bad part. The first bag I opened was great! The second bag was/is a greasy, foul tasting mess! I can send it back to you if you like...so you can see what I'm talking about. It hurts me because I thought I'd found my brand! like I thought I'd found my brand with Tillamook and Jack Links...they were good at first and then the quality went down hill. I've been buying jerky for a long time and it seems to be a recurring problem for me to be able to find a jerky that keeps it's quality up...have you ever heard of Pollys brand? It was my very favorite..I found it 100 miles from where I live, in a liquor store, they had tongs to remove your chosen pieces and put into a paper bag... it wasn't wrapped. Then they started vacuum sealing it for health reasons. It never was near as good. I tell you this cuz of my frustrations with the jerky industry. One year ago my wife informed me that I couldn't afford to keep buying expensive beef jerky and liquor...so I gave up drinking... because I had my BULK! Now the beer is looking better to me, it never really changes unless you buy LOWENBREAU made by Miller! (LOL). I'm hurt and at a loss for words.
