Very fresh and the garlic is full of flavor. I burped 3 days later and could still taste it, It's that good!!!
It is beyond amazing. I keep getting a piece then opening the bag to get another and closing the bag then going back and over and over. It is amazing. The flavor is the best I have ever has with Jerky. I have been buying jerky for 45 years. I will be buying more soon.
