Where do the cows come from?
This Wagyu is 100% Full Japanese blood line of Tajima Black. Tajima Black comes from Kobe, Japan, but this meat cannot be called Kobe because it’s raised here in the US. They were imported 50 years ago to be raised in Coalville, Utah. Tajima Black has the highest grade of fat-cap metabolization, therefore, the marbling is superb. When harvested, the animals are a little over 40 months old. These cows are Grass fed and Grain finished
