It also has a strong lime flavor and a light saltiness; furthermore there is a light garlic flavor.

Dried and True Beef Jerky-Korean-BBQ:This variety is "savory, sweet, and just a little spicy", and is made using his own homemade sriracha sauce. The taste has a sweet saucy flavor with a fatty, meaty flavor noticeable. It contains Beef, water, reduced sodium soy sauce, brown sugar, white vinegar, sriracha, sesame oil, garlic, onion, ginger, salt, pepper, smoked Spanish paprika, cayenne, cumin, sesame seeds.
