This has been the MOST REQUESTED product since we started selling beef jerky to the world. Could we make a thin, dry, brittle like product with as little sugar as possible? Well, this creation actually happened by a mistake! We left a batch unsupervised for a couple hours extra without realizing and what we thought was a big accident in production, actually made this gem of a product. Think of this as a beef jerky chip! The driest jerky we have to offer. Cracks just like a chip. It has a slight heat to it, not enough to make you want to get water, but, to keep eating more and more of it. Next thing you know your bag will be gone because it is so addictingly delicious.
Why is the price different? When you cook jerky, it takes 3 lbs of meat to make 1 lb of finished product. The yield on this product is affected much more because there is way less moisture content in the finished product once it comes out of the smoker. Therefore, it takes much more meat to make finished brittle product. Hope that clears some things up and we hope you enjoy this great product!
