STEP 1 - Sourcing of meat.
This may be the single most crucial step to create amazing beef jerky. The quality of meat determines the end result. We always make sure that the animals we use are well treated and grass-fed.
Step 2 - The cut.

Step 3 - The secret sauces.
Time for the flavoring. We let our meats marinate in our secret sauces up to 24 hours. We have about thirty-six different flavors today and we continue to add more.

Step 4 - Smoking of the meat.
Our smoker is one hell of a beast. For the best results, we smoke the meat for at least 4 - 6 hours.
Step 5 - Packaging.
This is actually more important than you think. For a long-lasting product, we make sure to package the jerky in an airtight, sealable bag and keep it refrigerated.
