WHat the FAQ's

How long is shipping?

Typically we use Fedex express 2-3 day shipping. Orders over here 6 lbs will go Fedex ground and can take anywhere form 3-5 days. We get it, you are hungry. Bare with us, you will see fulfillment times fast AF. 

What carriers do you use?

Fedex because we (disllike) the post office. Would use the h word but my boss wouldn't let me. 

What do I do if I am missing an item

Please contact our help desk at help@bulkbeefjerky.com and we will send it right away! Bother us, we want to keep you happy and fed. We don't like hungry customers. 

What happens if my items are damaged?

Sometimes micro holes will form in the bags and have air leak in or holes will appear during the shipping process. Don't you worry! We will replace any damage or molded products. (Within a reasonable timeline from the date you received the product. IT happens people! We are not wizards.
