Candied Almonds

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of water - 1 cup of white sugar - 1 Tablespoon of ground cinnamon - 2 cups of whole almonds
Directions:
Bring water, sugar, and cinnamon to a boil over medium heat in a saucepan. Add almonds. Stir the mix until the liquid evaporates and leaves a syrup-like coating on the almonds. Pour the almonds onto a baking sheet lined with waxed paper. Separate almonds using forks. Allow to cool about 15 minutes.

Rosemary and Olive Oil Roasted Cashews

Ingredients:
- 2 cups raw cashews
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper

1. Heat oven to 350F.
2. In a medium bowl: Add cashews, olive oil, fresh rosemary, and black pepper. Toss to combine.
3. Spread cashews onto a baking sheet lined with parchment.
4. Roast 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
5. Remove from the oven and cool before handling.
