Great flavor but....

First of I want to say, Tropical Mango is an absolute home run! Great flavor, tender and delicious. I ordered a pound of the sweet and spicy also. The flavor of this, great taste BUT the jerky seemed to be extremely soft to where it couldn't be ripped or torn apart. The flavor was great, but this was just too soft almost not fully finished.
