Big Johns only uses lean, top round beef that is hand sliced and marinated all day in their secret blend of mouth-watering spices. After making sure every piece is seasoned to perfection, it is slow smoked with real hickory -- not liquid smoke or artificial flavors. It is then cut it into easy to eat strips and packaged into a variety of convenient sizes.
