All of Big John's Beef Jerky is made in small batches by hand using Big Johns time-tested method -- without the use of big processing machines. Big John's uses only lean, top round beef that is hand sliced and marinated all day in their secret blend of mouth-watering spices. After making sure every piece is seasoned to perfection, it is then slow smoked with real Hickory -- not liquid smoke or artificial flavors. Big John's then cuts their jerky into easy to eat strips and packages it into a fresh, resealable take-anywhere bag.
